Day 1 Las Vegas

Arrived in Las Vegas around 8pm local time (US).  This been my first trip to the US I wasn’t sure what to expect. All I can say is everything looks big.

Checked into the Venetian which is a marvel of it’s own. It has over 4000 rooms and a Casino of course. They even have canals and gondolas which people are taken for rides. Among others is the Gugenheimer museum and artworks that adorn the cieling. Photos will come later. It is simply astounding.

Tomorrow is the registration day!
