Wellington hit the party mood today with scores of people dressing up in costumes to see the IRB Rugby sevens. I saw 10 people all dressed up as Chefs and another bunch as Flintsones charachters. It’s like a mini Rio Carnival on the streets of wellington and most people are dressed up.
